Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the HR team in day-to-day recruitment processes and onboarding activities.
• Support in organizing HR events and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain employee records and databases.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and trends.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.
• Perform administrative duties and support HR projects as required.

Requirements:

• Current student or recent graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
