Job Overview:

As a Lead Generation Expert at MantraCare, you will be responsible for identifying, connecting with, and nurturing potential clients globally using LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other digital channels. You will play a critical role in driving business growth by creating opportunities for our wellness and telehealth services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, identify, and generate high-quality leads globally using LinkedIn, email, and other digital platforms.
• Connect and engage with prospective clients professionally and effectively.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns targeting specific audiences.
• Build and maintain a strong network of potential clients while nurturing long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach strategies with business goals.
• Track, analyze, and report lead generation metrics to ensure campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and lead interactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in LinkedIn lead generation, email marketing, and client outreach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients globally.
• Smart and strategic approach to identifying prospects and generating opportunities.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation platforms.
• Ability to work full-time from our Delhi office with fixed timings.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining professional standards in all communications.
