HR Executive Job in Delhi
Position Summary
The HR Executive – Provider Management will be responsible for managing and supporting healthcare providers across the organization. This role focuses on provider onboarding, training, engagement, payroll coordination, and performance support to ensure high provider satisfaction and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, a people-first mindset, and prior experience working in a structured HR or provider management environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of healthcare providers, including documentation, orientation, and system training
- Conduct regular training sessions and refreshers to ensure providers are aligned with company standards and processes
- Oversee payroll coordination, payments, and resolution of provider-related compensation issues
- Manage therapy interns, ensuring proper allocation, supervision, and performance tracking
- Coordinate with provider groups to handle queries, escalations, and operational concerns
- Act as the primary point of contact between providers and internal teams
- Track provider performance, availability, and engagement metrics
- Implement initiatives to improve provider experience, satisfaction, and retention
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and professional guidelines
- Maintain accurate provider records and reports

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- 2–5 years of prior experience in HR, provider management, healthcare operations, or similar roles
- Experience working with healthcare professionals, therapists, or interns is highly preferred
