Full-time Listeners at MantraCare provide empathetic, non-judgmental emotional support through secure, confidential remote platforms. In this role, you will listen actively to individuals experiencing stress, loneliness, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm, offer compassionate presence, and help users feel heard and supported—without providing clinical diagnosis or therapy. You will manage a consistent caseload, maintain timely communication, and complete basic session documentation in line with platform guidelines. Listeners may also support MantraCare’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) by offering emotional support to individuals and organizations.

Additional responsibilities include participating in peer discussions, attending training or review sessions, and collaborating with supervisors to maintain high standards of ethical, respectful, and supportive listening.

While the majority of MantraCare providers (over 99%) work in a flexible, remote freelance model, certain corporate or institutional engagements may require on-site support, for which MantraCare appoints full-time Listeners.
