Role Overview

We are looking for qualified and compassionate therapists to provide online therapy sessions to clients from diverse backgrounds. This is a flexible, remote role that allows you to choose your availability while focusing on meaningful client care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct online therapy sessions with clients
• Provide emotional support and evidence-based interventions
• Maintain brief and accurate session notes on the platform
• Follow ethical guidelines and platform protocols
• Escalate high-risk cases as per defined procedures

Who We’re Looking For

• Qualification in Psychology, Counselling, or a related mental health field
• Relevant experience in therapy or counselling
• Valid professional registration or membership (as applicable)
• Comfortable delivering sessions online
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
