Billing Policy

1. Conversion Charges

Currency conversion and international transfer fees are governed by your payment gateway or bank and have always been applicable.
To enhance transparency:

  • A standard 10% conversion rate is now clearly stated and applied to all international payouts.
  • This adjustment covers bank and intermediary charges and ensures consistency across regional payouts.

2. Individual Clients

Promotional Pricing

  • To attract new clients, MantraCare may offer discounted or promotional rates.
  • When such pricing applies, the adjusted payout will be visible in:
    • The Billings tab.
    • The Session Request card is under the “Requests” tab of the provider app.

Payout Policy

  • If a client pays less than your standard rate due to a promotion, your payout will match the actual amount received.
  • You will still receive your agreed-upon fixed fee if a client pays more than your standard rate.

Examples:

  • Standard rate = $10
    • Client pays $6 → You receive $6
    • Client pays $21 → You receive $10

Note: Session pricing may differ by country, reflecting local purchasing power and economic conditions. This model ensures affordability for clients while upholding fair compensation for providers.

3. Corporate Clients

  • Corporate clients are on customized plans based on organizational needs.
  • Your session payout equals the amount paid by the company to MantraCare.
  • This ensures:
    • Fair compensation across varied partnership models.
    • Wider accessibility for companies of all sizes.
    • Sustainable provider engagement.

4. Billing Structure

Session Logging Requirements

  • Only sessions that are:
    • Properly scheduled, and
    • Marked as completed within the MantraCare platform
      are eligible for a payout.
  • Sessions not logged in the app will not be considered for payment.
  • It is the provider’s responsibility to maintain accurate session records.
  • Missed or incorrect entries may lead to payment delays or deductions.

Billing Period Clarification

  • Always refer to the Billings tab for official records.
  • Payouts may reflect sessions from the previous billing cycle, depending on session dates and processing time.
  • Review earnings within the correct cycle for accuracy.

5. Monthly Payout Cycle

  • MantraCare follows a monthly billing cycle.
  • All payouts are processed by the 10th of the following month.

Example: Sessions conducted in April will be paid by May 10th.
