Full-time therapists at Mantra provide remote therapy services through secure, HIPAA-compliant platforms. In this role, you will diagnose and treat mental health conditions, manage a full caseload, maintain timely client communication, complete documentation, and contribute to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Additional responsibilities include participating in peer consultations, mentoring new providers, attending team meetings, and collaborating with clinical supervisors to ensure the highest standards of care.

While most of our providers (99%) work on a flexible freelance model, we occasionally receive on-site client requirements for which we hire full-time therapists.
