Role Overview
MantraCare is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to support our business development initiatives across Canada.
This remote internship provides hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, market research, client outreach, and business development within the Canadian digital healthcare and employee wellness market.
You will work closely with the business development team to identify potential clients, research market opportunities, support outreach campaigns, and help expand MantraCare’s presence in Canada.
This role is suitable for students, recent graduates, and entry-level candidates interested in business development, sales, healthcare, employee wellness, or corporate partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research Canadian companies and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Generate leads and build targeted prospect lists.
- Assist with email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Support sales presentations, proposals, and client meetings.
- Maintain lead information and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Track outreach activities and prepare business development reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field (pursuing or recently completed).
- Freshers and candidates with internship experience are welcome.
- Strong English communication and research skills.Interest in B2B sales, business development, healthcare, or employee wellness.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and coordinate with Canadian business hours as needed.
