About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to support MantraCare’s business development initiatives in the Netherlands.
This remote internship provides hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, market research, client outreach, and digital healthcare. You will help identify potential business opportunities and support our efforts to connect with employers, HR teams, healthcare organizations, and employee wellbeing partners across the Dutch market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research Dutch companies and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Generate leads and build targeted prospect lists.
- Assist with email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Support sales presentations, proposals, and client meetings.
- Maintain lead information and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Track outreach activities and prepare business development reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Healthcare Management, or a related field (pursuing or recently completed).
- Freshers and candidates with internship experience are welcome.
- Strong English communication and research skills.
- Interest in B2B sales, business development, healthcare, or employee wellbeing.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and coordinate with Netherlands business hours as needed.
- Dutch language proficiency is an advantage but not mandatory.
