Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager in Malaysia to join our team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales for MantraCare’s wellness programs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting mental health and wellness services, with a strong ability to network, build relationships, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn reach outs and networking at corporate events to generate new business.
- Qualify prospects by presenting and promoting MantraCare’s wellness services and converting discussions into long-term business relationships.
- Conduct product presentations and demos, addressing client needs and concerns effectively.
- Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and to ensure upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, ensuring consistent business growth.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring that client expectations are met and projects are aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Regular update of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Master’s in Business Administration with 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in wellness/healthcare/service industries.
- Proven track record of successfully generating leads, securing partnerships, and achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Experience in creating and executing growth strategies that align with industry-specific trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
