Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent recognized legal qualification.
• Active license to practice law in Texas, where required for the services provided.
• Good standing with the relevant Texas State Bar or licensing authority.
• Professional experience in one or more areas of law.
• Strong knowledge of applicable US and Texas laws and legal procedures.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Comfortable conducting consultations remotely.
• Strong professional ethics and commitment to confidentiality.
