Job Overview – Licensed Therapist (Remote)

MantraCare is looking for a Licensed Therapist (Remote) in US to provide professional online therapy and counseling services to individuals seeking mental health support across different regions. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based therapy sessions through secure video, voice, or chat platforms, helping clients manage stress, anxiety, emotional challenges, relationship issues, and life transitions.

As a remote therapist at MantraCare, you will work with a diverse global client base while enjoying the flexibility of setting your own schedule and working from anywhere. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, creating personalized treatment plans, maintaining ethical clinical standards, and documenting sessions accurately. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one or group therapy sessions via secure video platforms
• Assess clients’ mental health conditions, develop personalized treatment plans
• Provide therapy for a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, and work-life balance
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation
• Collaborate with internal specialists to support clients’ overall well-being
• Participate in case discussions, training, and professional development programs
• Uphold ethical standards and client confidentiality at all times
• Support global wellness programs and EAP initiatives

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Active license to practice independently in the U.S. (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, etc.)
• Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience
• Strong interpersonal, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills
• Experience with telehealth platforms and digital record systems
• Commitment to inclusive, client-centered, and evidence-based care
