Role Overview

MantraCare is looking for a compassionate Paediatrician to provide online pediatric consultations to parents and caregivers across Malaysia. In this role, you will assess childhood illnesses, monitor growth and development, offer evidence-based clinical guidance and determine when in-person evaluation is necessary. This remote position provides clinical flexibility while ensuring high standards of pediatric care.

Key Responsibilities:

In this Paediatrician Job in Malaysia (Remote), you will:

• Conduct pediatric teleconsultations.
• Assess common childhood illnesses and symptoms.
• Review growth, development, nutrition and vaccination-related concerns.
• Provide age-appropriate healthcare guidance.
• Counsel parents regarding fever, cough, cold, nutrition, sleep and general child health.
• Review available medical reports.
• Identify pediatric red flags requiring urgent physical evaluation.
• Provide referrals when teleconsultation is insufficient.
• Maintain appropriate documentation.

Requirements:

To qualify for this Paediatrician Job in Malaysia, you should have:

• MBBS/MD or equivalent.
• Recognized postgraduate qualification in Pediatrics.
• Appropriate Malaysian Medical Council (MMC) registration/specialist registration.
• Experience treating pediatric patients (minimum 6+ months of relevant experience preferred).
• Excellent communication with children and parents.
• Teleconsultation experience is an advantage.
