MantraCare is hiring qualified psychologists and mental health professionals in India to provide structured online therapy through secure digital consultations.

This remote psychologist role is suitable for professionals experienced in delivering short-term, goal-oriented therapy for concerns such as anxiety, depression, workplace stress and relationship difficulties. You will conduct virtual therapy sessions, apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches and support clients in achieving their mental health goals.

The role may also involve working with clients through Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) and employer-sponsored mental health programs, depending on the position and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Psychologist / Mental Health Professional, you will:

• Conduct structured online therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform.
• Provide evidence-based support for concerns such as anxiety, depression and workplace stress.
• Deliver short-term, goal-oriented care for clients participating in Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs).
• Support clients experiencing relationship, family and workplace-related challenges.
• Work with additional client populations, such as adults, adolescents, children or couples, where appropriate to your qualifications and experience.
• Maintain accurate, timely and confidential clinical documentation for each session.
• Develop personalised treatment or care plans based on client needs, goals and assessment findings.
• Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches when appropriate.
• Collaborate with clinical care navigation and provider support teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide inclusive, empathetic and culturally responsive mental health support to clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Follow professional, ethical and evidence-based standards when delivering online psychological services.

Requirements:

To apply for this remote psychologist role in India, candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Psychology, Psychotherapy or a relevant field, as applicable to the role.
• Valid professional registration, license or certification required for practicing within the candidate’s professional scope and applicable regulations in India.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant clinical or counselling experience as a psychologist, therapist or mental health professional.
