Role Overview

MantraCare is looking for a Pulmonologist / Respiratory Medicine Specialist to provide online consultation and clinical guidance for respiratory and pulmonary conditions across Malaysia. In this remote role, you will assess symptoms, review diagnostic reports and recommend care plans in compliance with national telemedicine and clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

In this Pulmonologist Job in Malaysia (Remote), you will:

• Conduct teleconsultations for respiratory complaints.
• Assess cough, breathlessness, wheezing, asthma, COPD and other respiratory symptoms.
• Review chest X-rays, CT scans, pulmonary function tests and laboratory reports where available.
• Provide treatment and medication recommendations within appropriate clinical and regulatory boundaries.
• Educate patients regarding inhaler techniques, smoking cessation and respiratory health.
• Identify respiratory emergencies requiring immediate in-person treatment.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-ups when required.

Requirements:

To qualify for this Pulmonologist Job in Malaysia, you should have:

• MBBS / MD or equivalent.
• Recognized postgraduate qualification in Respiratory Medicine/Pulmonology.
• Appropriate Malaysian registration/specialist credentials.
• Minimum of 6+ months of clinical experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Telemedicine experience preferred.
