Role Overview

MantraCare is looking for a Diabetologist / Diabetes Care Physician to support patients with diabetes and metabolic health through online consultations across Malaysia. In this role, you will review lab reports, support long-term diabetes management, provide lifestyle and weight-management guidance and monitor medication adherence. This remote teleconsultation position is designed for physicians dedicated to chronic care management while maintaining the flexibility of a virtual practice.

Key Responsibilities:

In this Diabetologist Job in Malaysia (Remote), you will:

• Conduct online diabetes consultations.
• Review blood glucose, HbA1c and other relevant laboratory reports.
• Support diabetes management and monitoring.
• Provide lifestyle, diet, exercise and weight-management guidance.
• Review medication adherence and treatment history.
• Educate patients regarding diabetes complications and preventive care.
• Identify symptoms requiring urgent medical evaluation.
• Coordinate referrals to endocrinology or other specialties when required.
• Schedule appropriate follow-ups.

Requirements:

To qualify for this Diabetologist Job in Malaysia, you should have:

• MBBS / MD or equivalent medical qualification.
• Relevant experience in diabetes management.
• Appropriate Malaysian medical registration (MMC).
• Minimum of 6+ months of relevant clinical experience.
• Strong patient counseling skills.
• Experience with telemedicine is preferred.
