Job Overview:
MantraCare is looking for a Business Development Executive in Delhi to help grow our digital health and employee wellness services. You will connect with companies, understand their needs, and explain how MantraCare can support their employees’ health.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to clients, building relationships, generating leads, and closing deals. You will work closely with our sales team and use CRM tools to track your progress.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling, outbound emails, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals
- Pitch Mantra Care’s wellness solutions to HR leaders, CHROs, and CXOs of mid-to-large organizations
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent outreach and follow-ups
- Schedule and conduct virtual meetings, demos, and presentations to showcase offerings
- Close deals to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine pitch materials and target segments
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to sharpen positioning
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate partnerships (preferably in SaaS, HR Tech, or Healthcare/Wellness)
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals in a B2B environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
