Additionally, attention was directed towards tackling work-life balance issues, which necessitated the implementation of an exclusive webinar. This webinar encompassed various facets of work and life wellness, offering practical strategies that individuals could readily apply to achieve a harmonious balance between their professional and personal lives.

Results:

Women discovered a shared platform to openly discuss their common challenges and issues, particularly those related to their identity as women. This collective experience empowered them, strengthening their perspectives on life—an essential requirement in today’s world. While women often comprehend these insights, they may hesitate to implement them in their lives. Hence, this session focused precisely on bridging that gap.
